Pakistan Calligraph-Artists' Guild

The sixth event under the series "An Evening With" was celebrated at the PCG head office Lahore. Intizar Hussain, the famous author, short stories writer, and intellectual was the Chief Guest and the well-known Calligraph-artist Hanif Ramay was the Guest of Honour. Intizar Hussain spoke at length about his involvement with literature and literary movements over the last 50 years and his friendship with leading calligraph-artists such as Hanif Ramay and Shakir Ali. Hanif Ramay also spoke, about the active period of interaction between intellectuals and artists during the 50's and 60's. A large gathering of literary personalities, artists and calligraph-artists attended this lively session.
